Egg Story Pasteurized Fresh Eggs is proudly produced by local egg farm, N&N Agriculture Pte Ltd. N&N was established in Singapore in 2001, occupying about 13 hectares of farm land in Lim Chu Kang. We breed about half a million hens and produce an average of 400,000 fresh eggs daily. N&N supplies regular fresh eggs, pasteurized fresh eggs and pasteurized egg products to major supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, food manufacturers and food service providers.


Our vision is to be a responsible producer of high quality fresh eggs which prioritizes food safety. This belief has motivated N&N's decision to invest S$12million to create the 1st and only pasteurization facility in Singapore that utilises state-of-the-art, multi-patented egg Pasteurization technology developed by the National Pasteurized Eggs, Inc. (NPE) in the USA. Under the agreement, N&N has the exclusive right to utilise NPE’s Safest Choice® precision-pasteurization process. This proven technology produces pasteurized fresh eggs that meet the stringent standards of the World Health Organization. NPE is the largest supplier of pasteurized eggs in the world and has invested more than US$30million in technology development expenditure over to the past 10 years.


Salmonella bacteria is a common cause of food-borne diseases and is a growing concern worldwide. Pasteurization of shell eggs addresses this concern. Washing or sanitizing shell eggs may clean the outside of eggs but only pasteurization can kill Salmonella or Bird Flu Virus that may be present inside or outside the eggs. N&N's overriding emphasis on food safety has brought to fruition Egg Story, the 1st and Only Pasteurized fresh eggs in Singapore.
