Egg Story Pasteurized Fresh Eggs and range of pasteurized egg products are produced at N&N Agriculture located at Lim Chu Kang area in Singapore. We are a high-tech, eco-friendly, bio-secured farm and home to about 170,000 chicks and more than half a million hens which produce about 350,000 fresh eggs daily.
At N&N, we are focused on delivering distinctive product quality, food safety and value. Our full range of fresh eggs and pasteurized egg products are freshly produced and delivered daily. They are also healthier with lower cholesterol and 100% hormones and antibiotics free. A specially-formulated hen’s diet comprising natural corn, soya and multi-grains that are fortified with essential vitamins and minerals ensures that our eggs offer quality nutrition at great value.
Eggriculture has acquired the 1st and only pasteurization facility in Singapore that utilises state-of-the-art, multi-patented egg Pasteurization technology developed by the National Pasteurized Eggs, Inc. ("NPE") in the USA. NPE is the largest supplier of pasteurized eggs in the world and has invested substantially in technology development expenditure over to the past 10 years.
Eggriculture has the exclusive right to utilise NPE's Safest Choice® precision-pasteurization process. This proven technology produces pasteurized fresh eggs that meet the stringent standards of the World Health Organization. Salmonella bacteria is a common cause of food-borne diseases and is a growing concern worldwide. Pasteurization of shell eggs addresses this concern. Washing or sanitizing shell eggs may clean the outside of eggs but only pasteurization can kill Salmonella or Bird Flu Virus that may be present inside or outside the eggs.

Endorsement and Accreditation
Singapore Quality Egg Scheme
AVA is the national authority for food safety in Singapore. Under Singapore's Quality Egg Scheme, local poultry layer farms are required to ensure that their facilities are hygienic and quality control monitoring systems are well maintained at all times. The eggs produced undergo regular inspection and freshness tests by AVA to verify their quality. The date of production and farm code are also stamped on every egg to ensure traceability.
Singapore Halal Certification
We are proud to carry the Muis Halal certification mark that widely recognised in key Halal countries and ensures that the correct Muslim processes have been observed.
The Health Promotion Board's 'Healthier Choice Symbol' (HCS) indicates that the product is a healthier option, to help consumers to make an informed food choice. Products carrying the HCS are healthier options.
ISO 22000 Certification
ISO 22000 certification is an internationally recognized food safety standard that covers all the processes in the food chain that impact the safety of the end product. It is awarded to companies which have met the stringent requirements for a comprehensive food safety management systems as well as incorporating the elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
